Mano 永久休眠记录（2026-08-13）

操作人：Alaya（WSL）｜状态：✅ 已永久休眠（双侧） 背景：2026-08-12 曾休眠，但 08-13 发现”mano 又亮了”（WSL 侧 gateway 一直在跑 + Windows 侧 dashboard 自繁殖 250 进程）

一、复活根因（为什么上次休眠失效）

  1. WSL 侧 hermes-gateway-mano.service 一直在跑（08-12 只处理了 Windows 侧，WSL 侧没停）→ mano 在 Discord/web-ui 显示在线
  2. Windows 侧 dashboard 自繁殖循环：dashboard -p mano --port 9119 内部又拉起 dashboard -p default --open-profile mano，后者内部又拉起前者 → 无限嵌套，产生 250 个进程（125 pythonw + 125 python）
  3. Windows web-ui exclude 配置（config.json）其实一直在（exclude=[“mano”]），但 exclude 只管 gateway，不管 dashboard

二、永久休眠做了什么（根治方案：profile 改名）

Windows 侧（C:\Users\yunlu\AppData\Local\hermes\profiles\）

  1. 杀 web-ui（8658）→ 停止拉起源
  2. 批量杀 250 个 mano dashboard 进程（Stop-Process 按命令行过滤，pythonw 先、python 后）→ 0 残留
  3. mano profile 改名 → mano.off（根治：web-ui 扫描 profiles 找不到 mano，不再拉起 gateway/dashboard）
  4. Hermes-Mano-Gateway 服务禁用：Access Denied（需管理员，未成功；但 profile 已不存在，服务即使自启也会启动失败退出，零影响）
  5. 重启 web-ui（VBS webui-8658）→ 正常监听 8658

WSL 侧（${HOME}/.hermes/profiles/）

  1. hermes-gateway-mano.service：stop + disable（state: failed/disabled）
  2. 杀 mano 进程（gateway + memory-maintenance-mano）→ 0 残留
  3. mano profile 改名 → mano.off（根治）

三、验证结果（2026-08-13 17:15）

  • Windows 侧 mano 进程：0（30 秒无复活）
  • WSL 侧 mano 进程：0
  • 9119（dashboard）/ 8646（gateway）：无监听
  • web-ui 8658：正常监听（PID 53204）
  • WSL hermes-gateway-mano.service：disabled
  • mano profile：双侧已改名 mano.off（数据完整保留）

四、唤醒 mano（需要时）

mv ${HOME}/.hermes/profiles/mano.off ${HOME}/.hermes/profiles/mano
systemctl --user enable hermes-gateway-mano.service
systemctl --user start hermes-gateway-mano.service
 
# Windows 侧（powershell）
Rename-Item 'C:\Users\yunlu\AppData\Local\hermes\profiles\mano.off' 'mano'
# 重启 web-ui 让它托管 mano（可选：恢复 config.json 的 exclude）

六、教训

  • 休眠 agent 必须双侧（WSL + Windows）都处理：上次只处理 Windows 侧，WSL 侧 gateway 一直在跑
  • dashboard 自繁殖循环：dashboard -p mano 会嵌套拉起 dashboard -p default —open-profile mano → 无限繁殖。遇到大量重复 dashboard 进程，直接批量杀 + profile 改名根治
  • profile 改名是最彻底的休眠（胜过 exclude 配置），因为所有拉起机制都依赖扫描 profile 目录
  • ⚠️ crontab 是隐藏的复活源（2026-08-14 补记）：system crontab 里有 */30 的 memory 维护条目（AGENT_HOME=.../profiles/mano python3 memory_maintenance_cycle.py）。profile 改名后，crontab 每 30 分钟仍以 AGENT_HOME=mano 运行，脚本 os.makedirs 重建 mano 目录（17:35 governance.db 时间戳实锤）→ web-ui 扫描 profiles 又显示 mano → “亮”。休眠 agent 必须同时删除 crontab 里对应 profile 的 memory 维护条目（mano+manas 已于 2026-08-14 删除，crontab 备份 /tmp/crontab-backup-20260814-*.txt）
